How it's made
The only wine of its kind in the world. Made from a blend of four grape varieties (originally from different French regions), planted on 1.8 hectares of this well-known Haut Medoc Bordeaux Chateau, produce a wine unlike any other in the world. Only 9000 bottles are produced by year. The grapes are hand harvested and then selected on sorting table. Temperature controlled fermentation with vinification on lees in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 10 months in oak and amphora.

Bright elegant colour with complex, multi-layered citrus white flower nose and an exuberant, fresh palate packed with lemon thyme, vine peach, chamomile, apricot and orange zest. A gem for the connoisseur of white Bordeaux.
Rising star Helene Soual-Kopp and her husband Frederic work her ancestral vineyard on the border of Saint Julien. She uses natural, organic farming methods - although not certified - including the use of compost made from old vines, horse manure and natural fertiliser. No chemicals are used.
