This fully organic vineyard uses entirely traditional methods, including using horses, to farm the 50-year-old vines grown on plots on the highest terraces overlooking the River Rhone. Only 2 hectares of vines with a small yield of 30 hl/ha, grapes are hand picked and selected on the sorting table before undergoing traditional vinification with 10 months ageing in 3rd use oak barrels.
In the glass
Bright yellow with green glints. Expressive and oh so aromatic with plenty of white flowers, exotic fruit and citrus aromas. Fresh, complex palate with plenty of apricot, peach and lemon confit with undertones of almonds and hints of spice.
