In the glass
Vibrant and expressive, with aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant, layered with subtle rose petals and a hint of peppery spice. Lively, creamy mousse with a fresh, juicy finish.
Traditional method (méthode champenoise). The blend includes a portion of red wine to achieve its distinctive colour and depth. It undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle and is aged on lees, contributing to its complexity.
