The Brut NV is crafted from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes sourced from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards across Champagne. With secondary fermentation in bottle and is aged on lees.
About the vineyard
Founded in 1729 in Reims, Ruinart is the oldest Champagne house, specialising in elegant Chardonnay-based wines. Its vineyards in the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims provide top-quality grapes, while the historic chalk cellars (“Les Crayères”) offer ideal conditions for maturation.
