Golden straw colour with green highlights. Aromas of green apple, citrus and white flowers combine with notes of brioche, cereal and fresh nuts from ageing. Fresh and lively palate with stone fruit and citrus, rounded by fine bubbles and a refined, crisp finish.
How it's made
Traditional method (méthode champenoise). The blend undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle and is aged on lees for approximately 36 months, enhancing its complexity and texture.
