New estate founded in 2012 by a group of young growers experimenting with New World styles - using sustainable agriculture and modern wine making techniques. Grapes are harvested at full ripeness and only the best are selected to form this easy drinking Pinot Noir which retains all the flavour of the terroir. Fermentation is temperature controlled to preserve all the freshness of the fruit before light filtering and bottling. No oak.
