We love this Bodega which was formed in 1961 to group together many of the small local wineries and producers to provide them with more resources and support. The wine is exceptionally good value, given the high standards of production, wonderfully aromatic grapes and attention to detail.
Bright, lively white with a really fresh palate - full of citrus, gooseberry and floral overtones. Easy to drink, well balanced and good on its own or with any sort of fish or shellfish.
