Elegant & Fruity
  • Elegant & fruity Italian Franciacorta
  • Made in the same way as Champagne, but in Lombardy, Italy
  • Vine peaches, rose petal and raspberry aromas with a lively fruit finish
  • Fine mousse, small, integrated bubbles
  • Made in a small, sustainable family vineyard

Passed from woman to woman since 1975 when the much-celebrated original ‘Woman in Wine’, Eleni Nulli, took on the vineyard at her marriage to Renato Alberto. The vineyard is currently run by their granddaughter Camilla to the same extraordinary standards that have marked Castelveder as a standout producer of Franciacorta Brut and Rosé for the last 50 years. Champagne method, Italian style. From a fully sustainable, regenerative vineyard, surrounded by forest in Lombardia. Spectacular, sparkling rosé made exactly like Champagne. Minimal human intervention, conservation cultivation. Hand harvested and grapes selected again on the table to ensure that only the very best go into the wine. The wine is aged for 7 months on lees, in a stainless steel tank and after fermentation for a further 26 months on lees. Aged for another 4 months in the bottle before release.
