Patrice Achard runs his organic, biodynamic vineyard with precision and skill, producing wines with a pure, authentic and fresh feel. The grapes for this superb Savennieres are grown on 40 year old vines on tiny plots producing very small yields. After two separate hand harvests, the juice undergoes a slow, light pressing to retain all the flavour of this iconic grape variety. The wine is aged in stainless steel before spending 12 months in 3 year old barrels.
