Founded in 1743, Moët & Chandon is one of Champagne’s largest and most renowned houses. Based in Épernay, it owns over 1,000 hectares of vineyards. Traditional method (méthode champenoise). The blend includes a portion of red wine to achieve its distinctive colour and depth. It undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle and is aged on lees, contributing to its complexity.
