After a period of learning and working at vineyards across the old and new world, Sandra Combat produces wines of exceptional quality and elegance, while making a name for herself as a grower to watch. Sandra Combat is making impressive strides with her glorious vintage made from three small plots at the foot of Mercurol using low-intervention, natural farming.

The vines are trained to the great height of 2m in order to capture the light and hard debuting is carried out to guarantee the best aeration as well as stripping in early September to optimise the maturity of the grape.
