How it's made

Made by a group of small wine growers in the Rhone valley. This blend of Viognier, Grenache blanc and Rousssane is made from low yields of grapes on the sunny slopes near to the village of Uzes. Skin contact maceration adds zest and depth of flavour and fermentation at low temperatures provides freshness and fruit.
