Sixteen year old Grappa aged in Picolit casks. Aged for 13 years in Picolit casks, 3 years in vats and bottled in July 2023.

During distillation, only the head steam is kept to preserve the complexity of the original grape aromas. Aged for 13 years in barrels that were previously used for aging the well known white wine of Friuli, Picolit.
About the vineyard
Family run high end vineyard and lemon farm in the Monferrato Hills, in the Italian region of Piemonte. The Barbera grapes are specially selected to make high end small batch Grappas and the family also make a superb Limoncino from their own grown organic lemons.
