Grapes are grown on the left side of the Piave river in Treviso’s province, in the heart of Veneto region, between Venice and the Dolomites. They are harvested in mid-September and softly crushed before a using the prosecco Charnat method to create the fine bubbles. The wine is left to mature in the bottle for at least 30 days.
