Smooth, ripe, medium bodied red from the Languedoc that is delicious on its own - or pair with pasta dishes, grilled vegetables and mushrooms, red meat or cheese.
How it's made
Small plots of each grape variety are carefully picked and blended to create an easy to drink red that reflects the typicity of the region. Grapes are pressed immediately after harvest to retain freshness and fermented at low temperatures to preserve all the fruit flavours.
In the glass
Ruby red colour with a light, wild red berry nose. Round and supple with red forest fruits, hints of chocolate, leather and spice. Light to medium bodied with well integrated tannins.
