Domaine de Sacy is one of Sancerre's hidden gems, with some of the best plots in the region. Each plot is vinified separately, grapes are harvested by hand and sorted on tables so only the best are used. Clarification with egg white and bottling in March or April providing wines of character and authenticity.

About the vineyard

Pascal Thomas has handed over the reins of his tiny plots on the steep hillsides of Chavignol, to the expertise of his right hand man at Domaine de Sacy. All the work on the vines is carried out by hand and the wines an absolutel delight.
