Three generations of traditional, ancestral methods including a crusher roller to preserves the fruit and soft pressing. Wine kept on lees in order to extract all the flavour of the fruit before bottling.

Straw yellow with a delicate floral, kiwi nose and a refreshing gooseberry, apricot palate. Very clean, well balanced and easy to drink.
