Wines that work with Roast Lamb
Lamb is a relatively rich meat and it needs a wine that can combat that richness without overpowering its delicate flavours. I struggle to consider anything but red wine, but a good food friendly Rosé or a medium bodied white with plenty of depth of flavour might be an option if red wine really is off the table.
