Some of the most delicious Rosé wines are also made from Syrah, by allowing the white grape juice to macerate for a short time in the deep bluey black skins, giving the wine a beautiful rich pink colour packed with fresh, fruity flavours. These are some of the best Rosé wines to pair with food.
